Located in the far northern reaches of the San Andrés Archipelago, northwest from Serranilla Bank, Alice Shoal (Banco Alicia or Bajo Alicia) is a completely submerged bank with no emergent reefs or islets. The bank measures approximately 16 km across (at the -200 m contour) covering an area in the region of 50 km².
