Victory Bank

Victory Bank is a small, elliptical-shaped, submerged reef located 13 km north from the Great Chagos Bank and 16 km south from Salomon Islands; Diego Garcia lies 185 km to the south. The bank measures 6 km in length (from east to west) and 4 km across, covering an area of 19 km². Shallowest depths are found over the rim, with a minimum depth of 6 m. The circular-shaped central basin reaches depths of up to 35 m.
