Semichi Islands

Together with the larger islands of Attu and Agattu, the three small islands of the Semichi group (Alaid, Nizki and Shemya) comprise the Near Islands group of the far western Aleutians. In this image Attu is on the left, Agattu on the right and the three Semichi Islands at lower centre-right. The three closely aligned islands have areas of between 5 and 10 km², with Shemya being the largest.
